May 24 COVID-19 Updates

As a reminder, we are continuing our Sunday services online. Mid-week activities are still online PLUS the sanctuary is now open for Bible Study & Prayer Meeting on Wednesday evenings!

The church office is open on weekdays with adjusted hours:

  • Monday through Thursday - 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • Friday - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

We encourage you to call and make an appointment if you would like to meet with one of our staff. Please wear a mask while in the church building.

Finally, the campus is currently closed to meetings and group activities, but if you need to use a room in our Main Building for any business, please contact the church office to reserve a room so we can ensure that the rooms are being cleaned properly and promptly per state requirements after each use.

Schedule for this week:

  1. Wednesday, May 27:
    • 4:45 - Kids Ministry Zoom (text or email Rebecca Welch for details)
    • 5:20 - Youth Bible Study via YouTube
    • 6:30 - Wednesday Night Bible Study with Pastor Jeff - join us live in the sanctuary* or online via Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter
    • 6:45 - Prayer Meeting immediately following Bible study in the sanctuary*, with Zoom or call-in option
    • 8:00 - College Bible Study via Zoom (Chris will send out the info to our students)
  2. Thursday, May 28 at 6:30: Church Trivia Night with Jason via Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter
  3. Friday, May 29 at 7:00 - Kids Ministry Zoom
  4. Sunday at 10:15: Worship Service via Facebook, YouTubeTwitter, and this website.

Any changes to our schedule will be communicated to you before Wednesday.
*Please refer to social distancing guidelines. Crowd managers will assist with entrance, seating, and exit.

COVID-19 Re-Opening Updates

As our state moves into Phase 1 of reopening public places and relaxing the stay-at-home directive, we have produced an initial set of guidelines for Cook Baptist Church to follow. As we move forward into Phase 2 and Phase 3, we expect to update these documents.
